Fitts-Powell Apartments
Opened in 1993, Fitts-Powell was the first HUD-constructed apartment complex in the United States with a preference for individuals living with HIV+. Named after two original board members, this quiet complex has 10 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments.

- Some units are handicapped accessible with ample grab bars
- All units include electric range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer
- On-site Community Room for meetings and social activities
- Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and local transit
- Pets are allowed (one per household, deposit required)

Blevins-Too Residence
Blevins Too opened in 2006, replacing the original Blevins House (1989). It was the first HIV+ group home in North Carolina and now operates as an independent living model. The Single Room Occupancy (SRO) model works well for individuals who need a stable, wholesome environment to regroup, recharge, and reimagine their lives.
